Lopsided fit

"Gorgeous dress but size Small fit perfect except for the huge chest (may be for a DD girlie). My dilemma was to pin it or get it altered or return/exchange for an XS. However, after multiple emails to customer service, I was unable to get an answer back on how to go about an exchange (it’s going on 5 days now) , my questions on how an XS fit, the timing of receiving the exchange for a graduation, and whether or not they would credit me the 20% Off as a first time customer if I needed to do a return and re-buy as opposed to an exchange. It’s a bummer but their customer service is disappointing. Don’t know if I would ever order anything else from this company."

The dress was absolutely beautiful.

"The dress was absolutely beautiful. Well made. Ordered a size 16 and it was so small. I’d like to think that it was sized incorrectly, but I don’t think that is the case. I’m normally a 14/16 so I went with the larger of the two. It was very small. But beautiful"

Gorgeous!

"This dress is so pretty! The color is a lovely light blue, the embroidery is beautiful. I did find it to be a little smaller than expected, but my normal size was fine. (I was expecting it to fit like the Cynthia, but it is a more fitted style than that one. ) I did think the elastic on the back straps was a little weird, but overall it is great."
