Shipping

Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. All estimated order processing times are in business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the Fedex tracking system. To track your order, please click the link included in your shipment confirmation email, or copy and paste the tracking number listed in the email here: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/

We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

 

U.S. Shipping Methods & Costs

Draper James offers the following types of shipping within the U.S. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses using the below methods.

International Shipping

Draper James has partnered with International Checkout to fulfill orders worldwide for our international customers.

If you would like to place an international order or use an international credit card, please select "International Checkout" on the shopping bag page.

Pre-Orders

Items purchased on pre-order will ship separately from other items in your order. Estimated shipping dates are noted on product pages for pre-order items.

All pre-orders will ship with standard economy shipping once the item becomes available. However, you may select expedited shipping for the rest of your order if it contains both pre-order and regular items.

Please also note that Paypal may not be used as a payment method for Pre-order items. ShopRunner expedited shipping is not available for pre-order items.

Cancelling an Order or Changing a Shipping Address

If you'd like to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.

However, please note that our warehouse generally processes orders within 1 business day, so the time window for address changes or cancellations is very short.

If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships, you can return the order at your convenience via draperjames.happyreturns.com as long as it is in accordance with our return policy.
