We want you to be pleased as punch with everything you receive from Draper James! However, we understand that not everything you order always works out. If that's the case and you need to return something, please read our return policy below.
Online Return Policy
- All returns and exchanges must be made through Happy Returns
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days of receiving your order **we have temporarily extended our return window to 30 days**
For returns made via the mail, a $6.95 fee per return label will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount **we have temporarily waved our return fee for all returns**
- Returns made to a Happy Returns Return Bar location or Draper James store will be complimentary.
- All exchanges and site credit selections are complimentary
- Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.
- Monogrammed and engraved items, cosmetics, hair accessories, gift cards, items purchased on final sale, and other select items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
- All international shipping orders are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Sale merchandise ending in .98 is final sale or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged

- Monogrammed and engraved items, cosmetics, hair accessories, perishables, gift cards, and items purchased on final sale cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
- We do not honor price adjustments.
- Store credits and gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Draper James retail store purchases can only be returned/exchanged in a Draper James retail store. Draper James retail stores will accept draperjames.com purchases; however, shipping charges are non-refundable and all draperjames.com return policy requirements apply.
- Draper James reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is deemed non-resalable.

1. Return your online order in person at a Happy Returns Location

- Bring the item(s) you wish to return. No receipt required
- Your refund or exchange will be initiated immediately
*Please note that online returns must be facilitiated within our Happy Returns system or they will not be accepted. Store purchases must be returned or exchanged at the store from which it was purchased to be accepted.
2. Return your online order by mail
To start your returns process please visit draperjames.happyreturns.com
- Enter your purchase order number and billing zip code
- You will be presented with your order history. Select the product you wish to return.
- Select a reason for the return and we will give you options for a direct exchange, refund or site credit
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return
- Review and verify your selections and submit your return
- Print out the return shipping label an affix it to the original packaging. Make sure the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Shoes must be in their original box). *Please return Fragile Items via the Mail in their original packaging*
- Drop your return off at any USPS location
- Once your return is scanned via mail:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days, less a $6.95 fee per return label
- Site merchandise credits will be issued immediately
- Exchanges will be sent within 2-3 business days. Please note that exchanges cannot be sent with expedited shipping
Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the return or exchange has been processed.

Bring the item(s) you wish to return to a store closest to you! No receipt required.
*Store purchases must be returned or exchanged at the store from which it was purchased in order for the return to be accepted.

- If you selected "exchange" while creating a return, your exchange will be iniated upon receipt of original item to a Happy Returns location or once scanned by mail
- If returning original item via Happy Returns or by mail, please allow 10 business days to receive your new item
- Please note that we cannot offer expedited shipping on exchanges
- Exchanges may also be made in-person at our stores in Atlanta, Lexington, and Nashville.
