Draper James – Store Manager  Charleston, South Carolina

Draper James is looking for a Store Manager for our new store opening in Charleston, SC!
Candidate must have an undergraduate degree (business or fashion related discipline a plus), 3-5 years of management experience in a luxury or service driven environment and prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Overview:
As the Draper James Store Manager, you are an integral member of the team who leads by example and exemplifies Draper James core values of grace and charm. Store staff can rely on you for support and motivation. You will create an environment in which customers are engaged and are responsible to handle all day-to-day management of the store business. 

Responsibilities:

Leadership
  • Create a positive in store culture where the team is inspired and empowered to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Foster an environment that consistently exceeds the customer’s expectations
  • Establish strong partnerships among management team to reinforce consistent communication and efficiencies.  
Delivering Results
  • Achieve and exceed financial & KPI goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
  • Create strong community relationships and build brand equity in the market
  • Create, host and participate in marketing related events to drive traffic and build brand awareness
  • Manage and grow store clienteling program
Personnel Management
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a talented, diverse team
  • Build a strong bench of talented team members
  • Train, educate and develop team members on brand, culture, policy and product
  • Deliver consistent and actionable feedback 
Operations
  • Responsible for overall in store appearance and facility maintenance
  • Uphold all inventory and loss prevention practices
  • Manage inventory to meet or exceed shrinkage goals
  • Meet or exceed payroll goals by hiring within payroll standards and creating effective schedules based on the business needs
  • Ensure merchandise is processed in a timely manner
  • Process online orders for omni-channel fulfillment

Draper James, Reese Witherspoon's Lifestyle Brand, is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate for our new Charleston location!  Candidate must be sales driven, goal oriented and have a passion for the client experience.  Candidate needs to exhibit a strong sense of leadership with at least 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury or service driven environment.  

Overview: 

Sales Associates support the store management team to ensure store goals are met by building client relationships, driving sales thru client outreach and delivering an exceptional customer experience.  

Responsibilities: 

Sales Generation 
  • Exceed customers’ expectations at all time. 
  • Achieve client outreach goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. 
  • Achieve and exceed KPI goals
  • Engage and approach all customers in a timely manner 
  • Share brand and product knowledge with the consumer 
Customer Experience 
  • Create and grow client relationships and build personal clientele thru proactive client outreach 
  • Maintain and update client books, track personal productivity and take initiative to set appointments to drive business
Operations
