Store Manager

Draper James, Reese Witherspoon's Lifestyle Brand, is hiring a Store Manager for our Southlake, TX location. Since we are all about Southern Hospitality at Draper James, we’re looking for a superstar to support our customers with grace and charm! This is a full-time position with benefits. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies to achieve net sales and contribution targets
  • Embrace brand values to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong, dynamic, and motivated store team
  • Ensure all staff is trained properly in their respective DOR
  • Manage day to day operational needs for the store
  • Ensure proper coverage and staffing for day to day business as well as special events, while being mindful of payroll spending
  • Demonstrate a merchant mindset and ability to quickly react to business needs and inventory considerations
  • Develop and maintain a loyal clientele and drive outreach strategies

Requirements:

  • Management experience with an apparel retailer
  • A high level of business and fashion acumen
  • A friendly, outgoing personality able to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal social skills
  • A strong leader with ability to take command of the store
  • Expertise in the local market a plus

 

Part Time Sales Associate

Draper James is looking for Part Time Sales Associates for our new Southlake Shop!

Major Responsibilities Include:

Sales Generation:

  • Exceed customers’ expectations at all times
  • Achieve and exceed sales and client outreach goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Achieve and exceed KPI goals
  • Engage and approach all customers in a timely manner
  • Share brand and product knowledge with the consumer

    Customer Experience:

    • Create and grow client relationships and build personal clientele through proactive client outreach
    • Achieve and exceed KPI goals
    • Maintain and update client books, track personal productivity, and take initiative to set appointments to drive business

      Operations:

      • Uphold all inventory and loss prevention practices
      • Assist management team in the execution of merchandise presentation and visual direction

        Required Skills and Qualifications:

        • Candidate must be sales driven, goal oriented, and have a passion for the client experience
        • Candidate needs to exhibit a strong sense of leadership
        • Candidate must have at least 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury or service driven environment
