SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Draper James offers the following types of shipping within the U.S.:

Standard Shipping (5-10 days + processing time) $8.95 *FREE for orders $150+
Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days + processing) $25.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Draper James partners with UPS and Zonos to ship internationally. If you’re shopping internationally, you will automatically be redirected to your country’s localized site. You can also click on the upper left-hand corner to choose the country in which you would like to shop. If your country is not listed in the drop-down, then we cannot ship products to your country.

Zonos is the global ecommerce partner that enables international customers to shop and pay securely in their local currency and prepay duties and important taxes. Duties and taxes are set by the customs authorities of destination countries not by Draper James. Pre-paying these at checkout will expedite delivery of your order.

All international orders will be sent with UPS Expedited. Expect orders to be delivered in 5-10 days, but this may vary by country.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We want you to love everything you receive from Draper James! We understand that not everything works out, so please see our return policy and instructions below.

DRAPER JAMES RETURN POLICY

Returns must be made within 20 days of your original purchase date.
Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox.
Personalized, monogrammed and engraved items, gift cards, items purchased on final sale and other select items cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Merchandise credits and gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Sale merchandise marked as FINAL SALE or ending in $9 cannot be returned or exchanged.
All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Draper James merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
Draper James reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is deemed non-resalable.
Exchanges are not accepted if purchased through Instagram or Facebook
E-Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

OFFSET

We’ve partnered with Offset to provide a hassle-free return and exchange experience! With Offset, you ensure a free return without any additional cost for just $3.98 when you opt in at checkout. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If this option is not selected, a $13 return label fee may apply which will be deducted from your refund. Returns dropped off at Happy Returns locations will continue to be free. Please note that final sale items and orders shipped outside of the United States are excluded from this service.

Click on the “Received a Gift? Start Here” button directly under the blue “Start Your Return” button. Enter the purchase order number and the zip code associated with the order. You will also enter YOUR email address.
Select the product(s) you wish to return.
Your return will be processed for a merchandise credit that will be emailed to the email address entered in step 2.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Select the product(s) you wish to return.
Select a reason for the return, and choose between options for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit.

Exchanges will be sent within 3-5 business days of the original item being returned or shipped. Please note that exchanges cannot be sent with expedited shipping.

Select a return method:
- Drop off at any Happy Returns location (FREE):
  1. Click here to find your nearest Happy Returns Location.
  2. Bring the item(s) you wish to return with the QR code generated in the online portal.
  3. Your refund or exchange will be initiated immediately.
- Box and ship items using a pre-paid label ($13):
  1. Print the return shipping label and affix it to the packaging.
  2. Drop your return off at any UPS store
  3. For returns processed via mail, a $13 fee per return label will apply.

You will receive a confirmation email once the return or exchange has been processed. We are unable to refund the original shipping charges.

Please note that we are unable to accept online returns that are not processed via our Loop system.

Draper James gift cards are redeemable on draperjames.com and in Draper James retail stores. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and are non-refundable. The gift card is not a credit card or debit card. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of $10. If any merchandise purchased with a gift card is subsequently returned or exchanged for merchandise of a lower price, any money owed will be added to the remaining balance on the card. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards or be applied toward previous purchases. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of the merchandise exceeds the value of the gift card.

Gift cards may not be returned or refunded. Please protect your gift card and treat it as you would cash. Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Can I return items from multiple orders together?

No. Each return label is tied to a specific order, and a separate label is created for each return. Combining returns can prevent refunds from processing accurately.

Shipping

How do I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

What shipping carrier will deliver my package?

Draper James partners with several carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. See our Shipping page for details.

Does Draper James ship internationally?

Yes. We partner with UPS and Zonos for international orders. If you are shopping internationally, you will be redirected to your country’s localized site, or you can select your country from the selector in the upper left corner. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship there.

Zonos allows international customers to shop in local currency and prepay duties and import taxes. Duties and taxes are set by destination-country customs, not by Draper James. Prepaying these at checkout can help expedite delivery.

All international orders ship via UPS Expedited. Most arrive in 5 to 7 days, though timing may vary by country.

Changes to the Draper James Loyalty Program

1. Why is the loyalty program ending?

After meeting many of you during our pop-up tour, we were reminded that the heart of Draper James is community. Rather than points and tiers, we want to focus on building friendships and growing this community together.

2. When will the program officially end?

The program ends on September 30, 2025. After this date, points can no longer be earned. Points earned by 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025 can be redeemed until 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2025.

3. What happens to my existing loyalty points?

You can redeem existing points on eligible purchases in-store and online until 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2025. Unused points will expire after that date.

4. Will I still earn points on purchases before the program ends?

Yes. You will earn points on qualifying purchases made through 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025. Be sure to redeem them by November 30, 2025.

5. How can I redeem my remaining points?

Redeem points at checkout in-store or online as usual. Use them by November 30, 2025.

6. Can I exchange my points for cash, gift cards, or store credit?

No. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or credit. We recommend using them before the program ends.

7. Will I receive compensation for unused points after the program ends?

No. After the redemption deadline, unused points will expire and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

8. Can I transfer my points to another program or person?

No. Points are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder before the program ends.

9. Is there a new rewards program coming?

Yes. A new Refer a Friend Program is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates.

10. I just made a purchase. Will I still earn points?

You will earn points on eligible purchases made before 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025. These points must be redeemed by 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2025.

11. Where can I check my points balance?
