Who Can Apply?
Teachers who normally work in a school and are now navigating working from home due to COVID-19. This does not include homeschool teachers or private music instructors.

How Can I Apply?
Simply complete this Google Form by 11:59 pm ET on 4/5. Please note that if you do not complete the form, you will not be considered for selection.

Do I Need to Upload my Teacher ID?
Earlier versions of the Google form may have asked you to upload a photo of your teacher ID, but we have since removed that requirement. If you did submit your ID along with your application, there's no need to re-apply!
