Pretty design, uncomfortable fabric

"I am extremely disappointed in this dress. It fit beautifully and the color and design is very pretty…but the fabric feels like burlap. Stiff and incredibly itchy, I want to tear it off at the end of the day. If I hadn’t already worn it, I would return it because I never want to wear it again. This is only my second purchase from Draper James - the first dress did not have this problem - but I doubt I will be buying again. I feel like I wasted quite a bit of money."
