LOVE the dress, but…

"I received this dress a few days ago and immediately tried it on and love it! The quality is fantastic and it is so flattering. Love all the details and that it has buttons all the way down to customize the fit and flow. I only docked one star because straight out of the packaging it had an awful musty smell. No damage to inner or outer packaging so maybe it acquired the smell in production or storage. Hoping the dry cleaner can get the odor out of the beautiful dress. Ben from customer service started the exchange process despite my telling him I don’t have time to wait for a new dress that may arrive with same smell. Reimbursement for dry cleaning would be welcome. Also I’m 5’6” and usually wear a 10/12 and the large fits nicely."
