dress okay--order experience TERRIBLE!
"The dress is okay, but the order experience was TERRIBLE! When I discovered an error in the order (immediately after I sent it in), there was no way to correct it. I requested a phone call, but did not receive one, and several emails later from Elizabeth were in vain. I used to love this store and this company, but am very very disappointed in the service I received. Note, that this is the first time I have ever tried to correct an order, so I should not be considered a problem customer. Please be aware that if you do order from this company, you might not be able to change or correct the order. I am very disappointed and really may never shop here again. I think they were blaming it on SHOP, but what kind of company can't make adjustments in their orders to meet the needs of their customers???"

"I love the material on this dress. It's a slightly raised texture but not ridiculous. I tie the belt slightly off to the side so it doesn't lay in front of my stomach pooch and its definitely more flattering. I got a size large and typically wear a 12/14. It's perfect. I just wish it had pockets!"

"The cut of this dress is absolutely perfect. Love the high-low silhouette and the tie is perfect. It runs large so I would size down one. I SO want to keep this dress -- but the material (dark green color) is unfortunately just gross. I don't know who picked the fabrics for this, but PLEASE make this dress in some more classic colors. The green with embroidered flowers is just ugly."
Scratchy material in the arms, back too long
"I thought the dress fit true to size for Draper James. Liked the olive color. Didn’t love the pattern on the olive, and it was scratchy in the sleeves. Body is lined and not scratchy. I liked the collar and neckline. The bottom back hem is much lower than the front bottom hem, and it looked strange. The back of the dress looks more like a coat. Ended up returning because I couldn’t stand the scratchiness of the sleeves. Likely would not purchase in another pattern (same style) because of the length of the back and extra fabric in the back."

"Purchased in store. I generally wear a 14. I got the Large and it fits great. I tie the belt a little off to the side instead of directly in front so it doesn't add bulk to my stomach. Love the material. Great dress"
