"I ordered two of these sweaters in the Rust stripe for Christmas for my daughter and daughter-in-law, and they came in a color called "Brown". I have been so frustrated dealing with their online customer service rep who keeps referring me to their online return process. The problem is they want to deduct $13. 00 for the return, when I shouldn't be charged for that when I was shipped the wrong color (which wasn't even on their website). I also paid a $25 rush fee, which I also should be refunded. I feel like I've been talking to a bot online since it didn't matter how much documentation and photos I sent to justify and prepaid shipping labe. Instead she just kept repeating herself with the link to doing a "Happy Return", which deducts the $13 shipping fee. Needless to say, it is not a "Happy Return"."
