Disappointing

"I ordered this quilt in a size full/queen to go in my teenage daughter’s room. It arrived rather quickly, but when we opened the box, it was a king size quilt. I set up an exchange and returned the wrong size quilt via happy returns. Fast-forward about 3 to 4 days and the new quilt arrived. Sadly, when we opened the box, they had again sent me a size king quilt. I was frustrated and reached out to customer service and the only solution was to return and do an exchange. I explained that I did not want to do that because I did not trust that I would not receive a king size quilt for the third time, and also they charge eight dollars to ship items back, which I understand for, except the only reason I returned it twice was because they sent me something that I had not ordered. I have loved this brand but the customer service is not what it used to be."

Received wrong size - twice!

"I ordered a the Olivia Hydrangea Quilt in king. I received a twin. Customer service issued a replacement, but it was another twin. If it came with two shams, I could try to make it work, but now I have just one sham and a twin size quilt for my king bed. I had told customer service that if they are out of king to refund my order. When I received word that the new one was on the way, I assumed I would receive the correct item. Returns are such a hassle, so I decided tor keep it, because it is really lovely. Too bad I cannot use the sham."

"I order the Olivia Hydrangea Quilt set in F/Q twice & I received a King Quilt set twice!! I do not understand why they can send me the correct size but I have to order it again! Still waiting for DJ to send me a return label for the King set. Customer Service is not good."

"I ordered a queen quilt and twice received a twin. So I sent them back twice and was charged $13 both times. Also I have yet to receive my refund for the second twin quilt I returned last week. Very disappointing service."
